Motivation
I love being part of high-agency teams that work like a tight-knit sports team—where everyone brings the right skills, knows when to step up or step back, and supports each other to reach their full potential.
Superpower
What I do best is uncovering real user pain points, building communities, turning ideas into successful businesses, and helping startups sell to the right audience through storytelling.
Intent
I value two things: building things so I can test and learn about user problems, and building things so I can solve those problems. If I’m focused on anything else, I’m working on the wrong thing.
Trajectory
Design is a craft that I never stop thinking about. I work on moving the needle every day, and for no other reason than to develop bigger claws.
